The hotel is in a great location right next to a beautiful 13th-century church, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive.

the hotel was exceptional and absolutely stunning, and the staff were service-oriented, thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent location near the outlet and city center, roermond factory outlet, and both the shopping centre and the old town. i was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant with top happy service. i had a very clean bed, coffee & tea makers and a fridge.

The excellent staff provided me a really nice 1-night stay. This hotel was located in a central area near the shopping center, the central market place, and Outlet. Everything was nice and I liked my stay there. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Restaurant l'union that was only a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel had a central location and it was just close to Markt. When we checked in, club double room with king beds was ready. Efficient service was provided.

It was also just a short walk away from the outlet shopping district, which was a major plus. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel truly pampered.

New and modern interior, big flat TV, and a comfortable bed. Underground parking available, but limited spaces. The nearby restaurant suggested by the reception was a pleasant surprise with tasty grill dishes.

Noisy outside during the night due to party people, but closing the windows solves the problem. However, the hotel staff was apologetic and reduced the bill as a good gesture.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel in Roermond recently. The room was comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and a well-designed work corner. The bathroom was amazing, and we couldn't get enough of the control units that allowed us to customize the lights and even the in-ceiling speakers. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our weekend getaway was superb. the complementary bar fridge was a pleasant surprise, and the location couldn't have been better, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The meat dish we had at the restaurant was not up to par. Some of the meat was dry and tough, which was a downer during an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

We had a really nice room at Dux with a great view over the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and facing the canal. The room was spacious with a massive comfy bed and the amenities were great, including a fridge, good air conditioning, and a nice rooftop terrace. There was a bar extending out front under an awning, and the breakfast included was decent. we had a wonderful experience at Dux and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is close to everything. Many good restaurants are nearby, and the town's attractions are a stone's throw away. The bathroom in my room was clean and modern, and the room was equipped with quality furnishings. The breakfast spread was plentiful and fresh, featuring a patisserie that was delightful.

The bar was understaffed, which led to long wait times for drinks.

Our romantic escape was worthwhile. One of the best aspects is that the room’s interior was cozy and chic, with a lot of space in the shower and nice curtains. the location offered easy access to the city’s downtown attractions and outlet shopping, which we enjoyed during our stay. Lastly, we appreciated the kind and hospitable front desk manager.

On the negative side, the parking was quite tight, and we barely got the last spot. , the smell in the room was unpleasant, and the rain shower did not work as well as expected.
